Since I had been so busy for the past few weeks, the various websites I maintain were in urgent need of updating, so I spent much of the day updating these websites, while many of the band went for lunch at nearby Auvillar.

While I was updating the websites, I also followed the other AFL finals games, between Sydney and Fremantle (which Sydney won comfortably) and Essendon and North Melbourne (where North came from well behind at half-time to over-run Essendon to win by 12 points). Sydney and Hawthorn seem to be on course  to meet again in a Grand Final, as they did in 2012.
