Barge Artz Rally

After a successful inaugural Barge Rally in Moissac in 2014, we undertook to organise another in 2016. This time however, the barging and musical programs would be complemented by a Arts expo being held at La Maison de la Rose, featuring various works of art, mainly by members of the barging community.
