Progress - Cleanup
Given the run-down state of the 2nd Floor, a lot of demolition work was required before re-construction could begin. Given the volume of waste material to be removed from this floor, an efficient means of doing so was required. So in early December 2013, a structure resembling an old catapult started to take shape in the rear garden.






In reality, it was a rubbish shute into which waste could be placed, out the 2nd Floor bedroom window, and land on the ground in the garden below, after which it was loaded in a skip bin for a trip to the decheterie.. Heaven only knows what the neighbours thought it might be!
