Renovation Plans

Unlike the inside of the house, we had relatively few firm plans for the outdoor areas. We realised that the garden would need to be cleaned up a lot, and that the archway over the path would probably need to be removed or replaced (to improve the appearance of what would now be the front entrance to the house). We also wanted to get some outdoor seating areas, where B&B guests could relax during the summer months. With this in mind, the idea of a covered seating area on top of the garage was an idea that we played with, but without any firms design ideas.
